My name is German Rivadeneira. I have over twenty-nine years experience with computers and computer systems. I was the Information Systems Manager for the Commercial Department at Farmers Insurance, providing desktop and network support for seventeen years.

The primary reason for this web site is to have a place where friends and colleagues can easily find what I hope is useful computer tips, tutorials and links to other web sites as well as High Tech news and information on Windows and other PC related issues.
